My name is Tana Holcomb Crackel and I have been a Medical Aesthetician and Master Lash Artist for 15 years. I am a certified Opal UV/LED Educator for Lash Apothecary and one of the FIRST AZ lash artists trained in the revolutionary new OPAL FREE (Allergy Free) Adhesive! (Great for people with sensitivity to traditional lash adhesives). I love getting creative with lash extensions (especially color) but create classic looks as well. CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment
